Service Department Assistant
We are currently looking for a reliable and friendly individual to work in our busy Service Department. As part of the Service team you will assist in the day to day running of the department whilst interacting with our Service Engineers and customers alike.
Applicants must be methodical, organised and have an eye for detail along with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, both face to face and by telephone. A willingness to provide the highest level of customer service and the desire to see a job through to completion is essential. The individual should be technically minded and ideally have experience of working within a demanding and busy commercial vehicle service department.
You will be required to input important data on to our systems, interact with customers by telephone to carry out various tasks and take telephone bookings for servicing, repairs and breakdowns to vehicle Tail Lifts. As your experience grows you will also be required to create repair estimates for our customers. Other responsibilities include representing the company in a manner that generates good customer relations and long-term loyalty.
