Hull College Group is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 18,000 students every year.

We are looking for Data Administrators to join us where you will ensure that all data held on College systems in relation to students, attendance and courses has integrity, credibility and is consistent. Based at our Hull site, we have part time and full time opportunities available.

Within these roles you will represent data and funding interests for the whole group which means you will work across FE, HE, apprenticeships, 14-16 cohort and commercial units. Accurately inputting, updating and maintaining student data on college databases, which includes attendance, change of status, student and enrolment data and fees, you will ensure compliance with relevant external body regulations.

We are looking for people who have GCSE in English & Maths Grades A-C coupled with a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in an appropriate subject. With previous experience of working in an office or administrative environment, you will have experience of maintaining and processing large quantities of data, including collection and analysis.

A competent user of spreadsheets and database processes, you will have good communication skills, are able to meet deadlines and will be highly organised.

Given the nature of the role, you will be required to work evening and weekend work on a rota basis. During the year, at peak periods of enrolment there will be an annual leave block and a necessity to work additional hours to maintain the service.
