The Role
As our Recruitment Manager, you'll deliver cost-effective recruitment solutions that attract high calibre candidates to our company.
In this important role, you'll ensure that both candidates and Hiring Managers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Specifically, you will:
- Use direct sourcing tactics, such as LinkedIn, to identify and approach great candidates
- Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns across the UK
- Deliver exceptional engagement that leaves candidates excited about joining our company
- Develop our online presence and enhance our recruitment systems and processes
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Teams to build our employer brand
About You
To join us as our Recruitment Manager, you'll need:
- Previous in-house recruitment experience
- Experience of developing and administering direct sourcing strategies
- Strong knowledge of e-recruitment practices, including using social media to attract and recruit candidates
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust your message to accommodate different audiences
- A proactive and target-focused approach
