This established and expanding mortgage brokerage is looking to increase their team with at least two more mortgage advisors. They pride themselves on delivering professional advice along with outstanding customer service throughout the South of England, predominantly Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire.
They are looking for a competitive and keen Mortgage Advisor to join their team.
In exchange, they provide a Whole of Market offering and excellent administrative support which will allow you to concentrate on maximising your earning potential.
There is a strong business framework and they offer extensive support with marketing, training and compliance allowing you to become quickly established and rapidly build your own business.
Leads are supplied from a number of sources and access to your own client bank is an advantage. Working from home will be considered.
Salary
They offer an attractive and competitive commission structure that is transparent and uncomplicated, with higher commission on self generated leads. Dependent on experience and case load, an average adviser earns between GBP30,000 and GBP40,000 within their first year with the company but it is up to you how much you earn - there is no ceiling.
Requirements
- CeMAP qualifications 1,2,3 with Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Minimum 12 months recent experience as an adviser
- Ability to generate your own leads
- A proven track record of customer service and sales results
