Assistant Manager - Indirect Tax
London
Up to £63000 per annum + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the most successful syndicates within the Lloyd's market. My client is looking for a candidate with strong pedigree, to support the businesses Indirect Tax team in a new role that offers commercial exposure.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing relationships with outsource compliance providers
* Completing UK VAT and IPT returns
* Supporting the business with advice surrounding Indirect Tax matters
* Working closely with the Indirect Tax and Corporate Tax Manager in relation to tax authority audits
Essential knowledge and experience:
* ACA/CTA qualified
* Strong knowledge of VAT
* Awareness of IPT and partial exemption
* Insurance industry experience
