We are currently recruiting for a full time HR Administrator to support the HR department of a local organisation based in Taunton, Somerset. This will be an ongoing temporary contract working 37 hours per week.

The main responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the HR team carrying out all administration tasks for the department including managing flexi and annual leave requests, all recruitment administration including checking application forms and arranging interviews on behalf of interviewing managers. You will also be the first point of call for the team, dealing with all incoming calls to the department and taking messages for other team members.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in dealing with HR teams, ideally having worked within HR or Recruitment previously. You will also need strong administration skills and be able to offer excellent customer service. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable of dealing with sensitive issues in a professional and confidential manner.

Rate of pay will be GBP10.08 per hour working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, you will also get 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
