Facilities Projects data Analyst - Reading - To GBP85k plus benefits

A superb opportunity has arisen to work with a global Technology company in Reading. My client requires someone with excellent project Coordination skills to help them coordinate all of their supply chain. You must have experience in managing multiple projects at any one time and have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. This is a very analytical role so a strong maths brain is needed. It essential that you have experience with the following:

Managing business and budget planning process, monitor, track and report progress against plan.
Organizing and managing GRE information and data in Sharepoint/Shared Drive and define protocol for content management
Organizing logistics, coordinating agenda, presentation and content development for GRE strategic communications (e.g. All Hands Meeting, GRE Staff Meeting)
Managing and facilitating cross organization business processes (e.g. OpEx and CapEx, Technology projects roadmap)
Managing strategic programs that involve coordination with multiple business groups and support functions (e.g. projects involving GRE with IT, Procurement, Finance etc..)
Managing projects as required by the client

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities include leading GRE business and budget planning activities, data and content management, strategic communications, business process management and strategic program management.
Business and Budget Planning
- Establish and drive GRE business and budget planning calendar and activities
- Schedule and lead internal GRE meetings
- Facilitate key GRE meetings and publish meeting minutes, follow up and coordinate with GRE members to monitor, track and update action items
- Drive results from the team and flag issues if key deliverables are at risk
- Provide OPEX and CAPEX spends overview and provide proactive view of committed project status
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Data and Content Management
- Identify and establish the most efficient way for GRE data and content management (e.g. Sharepoint, RED portal, shared drive)
- Define structure and sustainable protocol for data and content to be managed
- Collaborate across internal GRE team to define key RE/portfolio data to be tracked and updated
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Strategic Communications
- Coordinate with internal GRE team to establish sustainable communication platforms/channels with key stakeholders
- As required by the Head of APAC GRE, collaborate with internal GRE team to pull together and develop presentations
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Business Process Management
- Analyzing/interpreting RE/operational data and driving measurable process improvement
- Driving continuous improvement in quality, timeliness and cost efficiency of RE operations
- Collaborate with international sites on business process improvement projects and manage changes and transitions
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Strategic Program Management
- Lead and manage strategic programs/projects as assigned
- Examples of projects are as follows but not limited to
Establish proactive Portfolio Activity reporting to match business space requirement with real estate roadmap
Coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver expanding scope related to new and enhanced services
Expand the use of digital media and innovation in Real Estate business
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience
Previous experience in a similar capacity is a benefit
Strong knowledge and experience in Global Real Estate business administration and operations
Strong data management and analytical skills
Strong experience in team facilitation and program management
Evidence of problem solving skills - capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including Sharepoint, Word , Excel, PowerPoint skills
