Our client is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive or Customer Service Executives looking for a new challenge.

General Duties

  • To be the first point of contact for key decision makers and all service related enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
  • To liaise with all other business areas to ensure a consistently high level of service is delivered.
  • Take ownership of all client requests, and ensure that they are seen through to conclusion.
  • Actively contribute to a strong Client Services team environment and recognise where you are able to assist in the balance of workload.
  • Take ownership of queries and actively manage them through to conclusion.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of client data held on internal systems.
  • Produce accurate and concise client reports.
  • Assist clients with ad hoc tasks and information requests.
  • To be the second point of contact during holiday or absence and assisting colleagues during peak activity.
  • Proactive day to day management of clients' services, maximising business potential, including proposing initiatives and ideas to increase productivity, efficiency, reduce costs etc.
  • Manage all aspects of the quote to delivery process to ensure a high quality of service is delivered, and all service level agreements (SLA's) are met.
  • Analyse data and existing procedures, then make recommendations for improved efficiencies or cost savings.

Areas of Competency

  • Minimum of 2 years in Client Services / Sales environment
  • Effective time management and excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to hit targets and achieve results within tight deadlines
  • PC literate with strong standard office software skills (inc. Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
