CNC Machinist / Programmer, Setter, Operator

GBP14 per hour starting rate, to be reviewed after 3 months probation. + Overtime + Pension
37.5 hour week minimum requirement, overtime paid thereafter, flexitime operation between 6am and 5pm, 3pm on Fridays.
CNC Machinist sought for expanding Metal component manufacturer offering training on all machining capability within the business.
After a recent expansion of the machining scope and widening of the production floor this growing business is seeing an upturn in workload and has a requirement for another skilled machinist in a high end low volume bespoke manufacturing environment.
The role will be suited to experienced CNC programmer setter operators, ideally with knowledge of Heidenhain or Fanuc controls, you will be working with milling and turning machines mainly. The company has range of equipment including DMG, Harding and Colchester machines on site. Knowledge of EdgeCam, SolidWorks or Hypermill will be advantageous.
The role will involve full programming setting and operation of the machines working from drawings of pre specified "one offs" or small batch production for clients that are made of predominantly 1at and 2nd tier suppliers to OEM's within the Aerospace, Automotive and Rail sectors nationally and internationally.
The Person Required:
* Experienced CNC programmer setter operator on milling and turning machines
* Have knowledge of SolidWorks, EdgeCam or Hypermill.
