Senior Service Advisor - Slough
GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 basic, OTE GBP35,000 - GBP37,000
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and highly professional Senior Service Advisor at their prestige dealership in Slough to maintain and continuously improve service delivery within the department through strong leadership and self-management.
Senior Service Advisor Responsibilities:
?? Meet & greet your customers, be responsible for their experience with the dealership
?? Manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalized levels of service.
?? Dealing with Customer complaints and VIP customers ONLY.
?? Be experienced in up-sell processes, objection handling and record sales activity
?? Manage the general activity of the Service Department.
?? Organise service activities to ensure the department's efficient and profitable operation.
?? Departmental profitability through the effective marketing and sale of labour, parts, accessories, lubricants, subcontracted services other charges and other value added products and services must be maximised
?? Resources and assets will be utilised at a level commensurate with profit targets and it will be ensured that customers are highly satisfied and customer relations are enhanced
The ideal Senior Service Advisor:
?? Relevant technical, professional qualifications as well as knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry at Service Advisor level
?? Preferably you will have ADP/ Kerridge experience
?? You need to hold a full driving licence
?? Relevant up-to-date knowledge of vehicle design, consumer and vehicle legislation, and industry and trade practices
