My client is a UK wide leader in providing Financial Advice to a wide range of Individuals, Businesses and Nigh Net Worth clients.
We are urgently seeking one possibly two Senior Paraplanners to be based from the companies Harrogate offices who will be responsible for providing Senior Paraplanning support to Advisers and ensuring the highest level of client service delivery.
Generally you'll be responsible for reviewing fact finds, notes and credit risk profile questionnaires to gain understanding of client requirements, undertake quotes using in-house systems, undertaking research and analysis including Fund Analysis, Product Comparison, Product Analysis, Fund Research and Charges Analysis, compile suitability reports detailing recommended Advice to clients, discus suitability reports with Financial Advisers, liaise with Client Services to arrange meeting packs and any other general administrative tasks, pre-populate client application forms and keeping a close eye on each case and advising all parties of any discrepancies or delays.
We are urgently seeking a Diploma qualified Level 4 candidate who has demonstrate-able full Paraplanning knowledge and experience, coupled with knowledge of Research tools such as O&M, FE Analytics, Avelo, Voyant, Distribution Technology, Capita Product comparator, Wrap comparator, proven ability to work with Suitability report templates, willingness to work with a centralised investment proposition i.e. Single fund multi-asset/multi-manager solutions, Discretionary Fund Managers, Model Portfolios.
Additionally we are seeking someone who is confident in dealing directly with clients and also Financial Advisers with a strong ability to prioritise and juggle workloads
