Job Description JOB TITLE: Creative Project Manager



LOCATION: London

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP35,000

WORKING HOURS: 09:00 - 17:30 permanent

THE ROLE: We are currently recruiting for a Creative Project Manager to work with the Chief Creative Officer to ensure the operation of all aspects of creative work, from placement and movement of external resource across projects, against approved project plans and planning and managing projects.
  • Create a 'live' workflow structure to ensure all outsourced work is delivered to deadlines and to the best quality.
  • Resource / pipeline management, identifying bottlenecks or downtime in workflow and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Manage a internal request for projects and outputs
  • Liaise with outsourced design suppliers to monitor output and quality of campaigns and special projects
  • Chair weekly creative meeting analyse output and external creative resource against deliverables
  • Deliver regular, concise and considered resource updates
  • Responsible for the management of time checking against agreed time allocation
  • Quality Control


THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Creative Project Manager based in London, will have significant design skills and the ability to schedule and manage multiple projects with a range of requirements.

You will be an expert in digital platform new technologies and have extensive experience managing design and build environments plus rapid prototyping.

Key Experience/ Characteristics required for the Creative Project Manager, London
  • Extensive experience of commercial brand delivery process and outcomes
  • Deep understanding of print and digital media
  • Design skills needed Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - ability to work with live files and annotate design updates clearly
  • Skilled photo researcher with art direction ability
  • Proven design management skills within a creative studio
  • Experience in digital first environments
  • Ability to ensure others meet deadlines in a fast moving publishing environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders as required.
  • Knowledge of studio management software like basecamp or slack or Google Drive
  • Know instinctively what good design looks like and how to achieve it
