LOCATION: Chesterfield, near Mansfield
JOB TITLE: Counter Parts Advisor
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive dependant on experience + company bonus + sickness bonus + uniform + on site car parking
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with one of the UK's leading independent motor factor supplying quality parts, refinishing products and equipment based in Chesterfield. Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit a Counter Parts Advisor on a full time basis.
THE ROLE: As the Counter Parts Advisor you will be working on the Counter dealing with members of the public and trade customers. You will provide excellent customer service and advice on all products.
Key Responsibilities for the Counter Parts Advisor role to include:-
• Greet all customers
• Advise customers on products and services
• Take orders for parts and pick from the warehouse where required
• Take payments or organise items to be invoiced
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the role must be a hard working individual who is motivated with good organisational skills. You will be able to communicate with customers and offer excellent customer service skills at all times.
Key experience essential for the role of the Counter Parts Advisor:-
• A minimum of 6 months experience selling car parts
• Live within a commutable distance to Chesterfield, near Mansfield
