Despatch Office Administrator required to join a busy team based in Tamworth.

As a Despatch Office Administrator you will be required to carry out the following duties:-

Responsibilities

• Administration of all warehouse and despatch processes including co-ordination of despatch transportation including both pallet and parcel freight
• Review and act upon issues regarding stock accuracy including any adjustments to be made
• Administration of quarterly stock take counts.
• Reviewing freight costs on a frequent basis and ensuring we have the best partners
• Dealing with transport issues

Experience/qualifications

• Previous experience with booking transport or freight administration
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good excel skills
