Project Manager

We're looking for a self driven and ambitious Project Manager to join an independently owned company. Our client is well established and looking for someone to help consolidate and grow their business. The role will cover Glasgow and the Central belt looking after a small team of people and projects. You will also have responsibility for Health and Safety and associated paperwork plus anything else to help manage the business as and when required. This is a great opportunity for you to carve this role out as your own, with great bonus potential for contracts and profits you bring in.

For this role you need to have a tonne of experience in all aspects of the building trade such as drainage, brick work, roofing, joinery and electrics.

We want to hear from you if ...

∙         You're an experienced Project Manager and Trades person covering all aspects of the building trade.

∙         You're great with people and getting the job done to high standards.

∙         You're passionate about what you do with a drive and hunger to succeed.

∙         You have a CSCS card, or can renew it quickly

∙         You have completed the 'Site Manager Safety Training Scheme' certificate - or can obtain this quickly

∙         Safety paperwork

∙         You can pass a basic Disclosure Scotland check required by some of our clients to work on their premises. (No current convictions deemed relevant government exclusions).

 

The kind of working week ...

Our client can support some flexibility around hours depending on the work you're doing or managing, but generally the job is full time over 5 days a week, with some occasional weekend working. This is a great long term career opportunity.
