Receptionist

Redrame Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Garage Receptionist for a busy garage in the Falmouth area, the ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role in a garage/dealership

Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Gate Keeping / Screening calls - Offering excellent customer service to enquiries of existing clients
Managing expectations of all visitors and enquiry calls
Parts look ups and the pricing of items
Book in cars for repair and update customers with progress
Manage the main diary as well as the director's diary
Take care and maintain the stock inventory within the stores
Undertake ad-hoc projects when required
Assist with credit control and invoicing
This is a part time permanent position.
