My client is looking for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Administration Sales Support professional to join an energetic and ambitious growing company in the Worcestershire area.

Based in the beautiful countryside of Malvern, this is a new and influential role that will suit a charismatic, bright, organised and efficient individual who has a desire to join an energetic and ambitious start up environment.

This vacancy is pure admin and sales support. It will require someone with impressive attention to detail, a good telephone manner and ideally an understanding of the sales process. The successful candidate will support the sales team in an admin capacity and support customers over the phone, while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle correspondence
  • Process new sales leads
  • Review and distribute sales related documents
  • Create new sales opportunities
  • Examine client accounts
  • Prepare and distribute financial and sales reports to advise team members
  • Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients

Capable of communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, you will take great pride in the delivery of sales support, accurate administration and high quality customer service and ultimately, the team's success. Your strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure across all facets of the business will be essential.

The idea candidate will have previous knowledge of working with CRM databases, telesales knowledge, an exceptional telephone manner with a tenacious approach and self motivated personality.
