Branch Manager- Construction
A hugely successful local company are seeking a Branch Manager to join their busy Lincoln Showroom.
You will be responsible for serving customers and building strong relationships to generate sales and bring on board new trade. You will achieve this through providing product advice and information to customers as well as generating quotes and answering any queries. Liaising with the Area Manager, you will actively seek to win new trade accounts playing a key role in the business development of the branch.
You will receive excellent training and ongoing development, uncapped commission, bonus, holiday pay along with other incentives such as entrance into the annual holiday competition.
Salary: £18,000 + Excellent Bonus with uncapped earning potential
Hours: 41 Hours per week 8 -5pm (Alternating Saturdays)
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous administration experience (Essential)
- Previous experience of dealing with trade customers/ suppliers (Advantageous)
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication skills
