Southmead Hospital Charity (SHC) are looking for an experienced Major Gifts and Trusts Officer to join the Major Gifts and Trusts team to deliver a full programme of fundraising projects through grant giving trusts, individual gifts, major donors and a legacy campaign for the Charity.
SHC raises funds to support the healthcare services at Southmead Hospital, Cossham Hospital and in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset communities. Working alongside our clinical teams, therapeutic support staff and our patient community, we raise funds to support support staff and our patient community, we raise funds for projects that are beyond the remit of the NHS.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of successful fundraising in the NHS or medical sector and should have a particular interest is working with trusts, individual donors and legators.
Working closely with other fundraising colleagues, the ideal candidate will have initiative, an outgoing personality, enthusiasm and confidence.
