Housing Options Team
I'm currently resourcing for a Housing Options Officers to work with the Housing Options Team to carry out the council statutory policies and duties to the Homeless.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge Needed:
•Knowledge and experience in Housing and Homelessness reduction act and all other relevant legislation.
•Section 184 decision writing.
•Worked in local authority previously.
•Knowledgeable around the HRA.
•Experience in undertaking face to face case work with vulnerable client groups, for example Homeless or potentially homeless, young people, offender etc.

•Initially 3 month contract
•Teignbridge
•GBP15 ph/ paye
