As a billing Team Leader, you will have very strong Business Development and candidate management skills and a proven track record of successfully growing your desk. You will be responsible for managing a team and will have the passion and vision to drive your team forward in this specialist sector.
In addition you will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates; working with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively through:
Candidate attraction and registration
Business Development
Client management and growth
Relationship management
Developing and managing your sector
Negotiation
Market research
Conference attendance
