£25,740 pa

An established, friendly, family run business supplying thousands of products to a wide variety of clients from our long-established base in Eastergate, near Arundel.  We require an experienced butcher for the preparation of all cuts of meat, poultry and game for our customers.

The position involves cutting customers’ orders, portion control, de-boning and trimming and various cleaning duties. You will have previous experience working in a catering butcher environment and must be skilled in hand selecting and preparing all varieties of cuts based on our customers’ requirements and using their specifications.

With knowledge of food hygiene standards and Health and Safety legislation, you will be flexible, reliable and enjoy working as part of a small team.
