Legal Counsel - Commercial Property

3 year contract initially

This leading telecoms company in Reading are seeking experienced Legal Counsel to join their growing Commercial Property team in their state of the art offices in Reading.

You will have detailed knowledge of the New Code (Electronic Communications Code) and will assist in ensuring that site upgrade activities, lease renewals, NTQ replacements are delivered to requirements. You will also focus on implementing the revised ECC processes as well as managing external solicitors and negotiating agents.

You must have:

• Knowledge of the Digital Economy Act 2017, Old Code & New ECC Code, Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
• A qualified Solicitor/Barrister with at least 3 years PQE
• Experience of disputes/litigation.
