This role provides a great opportunity for you to use your excellent communication and organisational skills to support the Managers in the Business Assurance Team. You will be coordinating information to produce and present performance reports and action plans, as well as being a key contact for internal auditors. You will also lead and respond on consultation exercises. With a keen eye for detail, you will help develop policy documents to ensure they are current and compliant and keep up to date and informed of changes in legislation/regulation. You will also provide administrative support for their Performance Management System and be familiar with Key Performance Indicators.

 

Essential for this role is experience in policy development, a good education with 5 GCSE’s, including English, as you will be proof reading documents;  a sound knowledge of analysing and interpreting data and the ability to present to a variety of internal and external audiences. Other essential skills are good ICT and customer service skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
