HR Administrator – Permanent – Telford
We are recruiting with one of the areas most respected manufacturing companies for a new HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is looking for an opportunity to work in a well-supported, professional environment.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Recruitment and other HR related correspondence & Admin – including advertising, obtaining references and appropriate internal and external correspondence
- Maintaining the T&A system
- Various HR KPI and monitoring
- Booking and organising training courses for staff
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- HR Reporting
- Preparation and supporting of monthly payroll
- General administration including data input & filing
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will ideally be CIPD qualified (or studying towards this or equivalent) though candidates without this but with the relevant experience can be considered.
You’ll have a professional outlook and approach to your work, be well presented, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have the ability to multi-task.
You’ll need to be IT literate (Ms Word, Excel and Outlook), have excellent communication skills and be well organised; able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
The company is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Perton, Shifnal and Market Drayton & Ironbridge etc.
