Roles & Responsibilities;
- To be the main point of contact for clients and provide them with high levels of customer service
- To document and action client instructions demonstrating professional and accurate communication skills
- Deal with customer queries in an effective and timely manner
- Project Manage
- Experience in a customer service environment is essential
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally through open and interactive communication
- Thrives under pressure during peak business periods
- Ability to understand a clients needs and to ensure we deliver or exceed them
- To be pro-active and focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
