  • To be the main point of contact for clients and provide them with high levels of customer service
  • To document and action client instructions demonstrating professional and accurate communication skills
  • Deal with customer queries in an effective and timely manner
  • Project Manage

Skills:

  • Experience in a customer service environment is essential
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally through open and interactive communication
  • Thrives under pressure during peak business periods
  • Ability to understand a clients needs and to ensure we deliver or exceed them
  • To be pro-active and focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
