Our client is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join them within Customer Services in their Invoice Query Team. To be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following...
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Be PC literate - SAP experience is a bonus!
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Experience within a process driven environment
Ideally you will have exposure to handling invoices and investigating problems within this area, therefore Credit Control experience would be useful. You will have the aptitude to identify, resolve and suggest any area of improvement in processes in the Invoice Query Team.
However, if you have worked within a regulated environment where working to strict processes involving investigating and understanding issues is something you have done, then we would love to hear from you!
This is a temporary to permanent position, paying £8/h, offering free parking and a subsidised canteen.
