We're working with a well established Brighouse based manufacturing company, looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join their team.

You'll be joining a friendly team, in a open office environment, where your daily duties will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering queries and providing advice and guidance
Liaising with customers via email, providing quotations and aftercare
Inputting orders onto the internal system and raising invoices
The role will also include some cross and up-selling, offering customers additional products that compliment their order and letting them know of any additional items they may want
You'll also make outbound calls to existing customers to generate new business

We're looking for a confident and motivated candidate, with the following skills and experience:
Experience in a customer focused administrative role, with order processing experience
Confident and articulate telephone manner
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer knowledge, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Keen eye for detail
Ability to prioritise own workload
Supportive team playing skills

In return our client offers:
A salary of £16,500 - £18,000
Team commission incentives, with possibility to earn an extra £450 a month
