Practice Administrator- £22,000-£24,000 per annum- ASAP start- West London

Are you a recent graduate? Looking to start a career in the healthcare industry as a receptionist or in administrative support? Are you a receptionist who is looking for a new challenge?

A prestige Harley Street Practice is currently looking for a calm and approachable practice administrator/receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based in a beautiful private General Practice in the Harley Street area with a lovely team who will support you to grow in the administration field. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate who has some exposure to the medical field on an administrative basis who has a passion for the medical field or a receptionist who is looking for a new challenge.

The role will involve greeting visitors, taking calls and messages and general medical administration whilst most importantly maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. It will also involve undertaking occasional special projects as well as actioning recalls for Health assessments and managing patients` requests. Invoicing, booking couriers, stock checks and addressing any IT problems via the IT support team are also duties involved.

The ideal candidate will be reliable with a companionate nature and can communicate effectively whilst having a good understanding of both MS office and data entry. Your natural flair with people will show through your exemplary telephone manner which will bring compassion and professionalism to everyone you communicate with. Your experience will mean you have no problem in formatting e-mails, maintaining diaries using in-house systems whilst communicating with both clinic professionals and members of the public. Great attention to detail will be a strong point of yours as well as the ability to multitask and be calm and confident in a public facing capacity. You will be an upbeat person passionate to learn and contribute when necessary to assist the team. In return they will support and develop you through each stage of your role. If you are a graduate with not much experience, don`t worry excellent training is provided!

The salary is starting at £22k with benefits such as free gym and subsidised canteen.
