If you are good with sorting out complaints and can manage difficult situations than this role is for you. Our government client is actively seeking new team members to produce high quality replies that are 90% right the first time, you will be answering a minimum of ten complaints per day (immigration related complaints), working to the Standard Operating mandate to ensure that responses meet performance target. Your job offer is subject to CTC clearance. It is a 6 months temporay full time assignment with a starting hourly payrate of £9 after 12 working weeks it increases to £13/hour.
