Brook Street is proud to be the exclusive agency selected to recruit various temporary admin and clerical positions for all central government departments across the UK.

My Client based in Horley is looking for a business support administrator to join their team.

You will be working as part of a team providing and coordinating administrative and secretarial services to management and staff in the local office. The role will involve a mixture of project work; involving communicating with contractors, collating data, and the analysis of data, as well as supporting the team with day to day office administration such as booking meetings, minute taking, scanning and filing.

You will have worked in an administrative role previously, be able to manage your own workload, have excellent IT skills, and be committed to providing high quality work.

You will be able to travel to Horley on a daily basis for work.

This is a temporary role paying £10 per hour for the first 12 weeks and £11 per hour thereafter. The role has been advertised until November 2018 however could be extended until March 2019.

Please apply online if you would like to be put forward for this role.
