Its aim is to promote independence and choice, so that each individual can live the life they choose. Less than two miles from the center of Scarborough. Set in its own grounds, it enjoys an idyllic position and has panoramic views over the local countryside and out to the Scarborough coastline.

The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. Ensuring a safe, effective, caring and well led service to our residents and their families.

About you:

It is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same and that brings with it the need for flexibility and resilience as well as thorough working knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and health and safety within an adult social care setting.

Above all though you must be caring, empathic and possess the people management skills that will allow you to contribute to leading a team that will provide a first class person centred approach to caring for others.
