A vacancy has arisen for a Telephonist to work in the reception team of our Exeter office.
This is a part time role working two days per week from 9am – 5.15pm with one hour for lunch. We are ideally looking for someone to work Monday and Friday, but may be able to offer some flexibility on this. Please include details of the days and times you would be available to work.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality telephone answering and administrative service.
You will also be responsible for some general administration work, including but not limited to, database inputting, file archiving, photocopying and general administrative duties including filing, post, etc.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a trained telephonist in a busy professional services firm. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on quality client care.
A friendly and professional telephone manner is essential.
The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, proactive, and who is also approachable and flexible. You should also have the ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail when taking messages is essential.
