Our client is a rapidly growing, innovative, bilingual training company based in Cardiff with a vision to making a difference to the field of education.

They are looking for a knowledgeable, high performing well organised sales/growth leader with the passion and drive to support our client during their next phase of growth by leading sales activities and the established relationships team.

The successful candidate should have experience of producing effective sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets related to all of our clients products and services.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate experience in developing company sales plans in order to expand customer base and effectively achieve yearly growth. The successful applicant should demonstrate how they have successfully led and coached sales teams too.

Applicants must possess a balanced approach to ensure quality of provision and have the customer experience always at the forefront of their mind.
Must be PC literate and must hold a Full UK driving license.

Basic Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Per annum

Additional Benefits: Laptop/Ipad, 25 days Annual Leave Entitlement plus bank holidays and company shut down periods, pension Scheme.

Location: Cardiff

Hours: Full Time 37 hours
