They have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Telesales Executive where you will deliver a high level of quality outbound calls to both existing and potential customers, maximising business opportunities within your designated territory to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Based at their Head Office in Hyde, they have a strong commitment to the customer together with people focussed values.
The Role
Key tasks include:
• Maximise sales by effectively targeting the customer base, sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls and increasing share of wallet with existing customers.
• Promote and drive all customers to use one of their digital solutions.
• Ensure performance standards are achieved, including expected call numbers and digital conversion.
• Promote the Brands and Product offerings to meet the needs of specific customer groups.
• Utilise and navigate various systems, including Microsoft Office and their CRM system, producing reports and customer documentation.
• Complete customer quotations in line with customer requests and Company requirements.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
The Person
They are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience in a telesales role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish for a large number of customers, whilst providing exceptional customer service and solutions.
• Great administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of MS office and previous experience of maintaining a CRM database.
• “Can-do” attitude and flexible, proactive approach.
• Able to work well as part of a team as well use own initiative
