Key responsibilities as an RSW will be to offer support to one young person with emotional behavioural difficulties, offering support with daily activities, promoting independent living skills and encouraging and supporting within the community.
You will ideally have experience working within a residential setting and supporting young people, with EBD and behaviours that may challenge. This opportunity offers full time hours on various shift basis and therefore we are really keen to hear from people who are flexible and committed to making a difference to the lives of young people.
You will have a minimum of 1 years work experience of working within social care, preferably within a residential setting for children and young people. You must also hold the Team Teach or MAPPA qualifications and car drivers would be preferable.
