Our Client, 31, WLTM someone to join them on an exciting adventure of staff engagement. Creativity and thinking outside the box will get them interested in wanting to know more.

So we’ve got your attention and maybe you want to know more? Our Client is continuously looking at how they can improve staff engagement, from their recruitment process such as how they attract the right staff, and keep them engaged through the process. To then how they retain their staff and ensure that they are engaged in what they do as a Trust and with the People they support. The key focus will be enhancing a positive experience for employees through their time with the Trust.

Our Client is a charity, who support people with learning disabilities. People are at the centre of everything they do so they are integral to their successes.

They’re looking for someone who has been in a similar type of role before. Who has strong planning skills with experience of moving projects along quickly within an ever evolving work environment. They already have some IT packages so they’d be looking for someone who is confident in using Adobe Photoshop Ligthroom and Premier Pro as well as Mircrosoft packages.

They will provide you with a positive supportive work environment where you will be encouraged to think and act creatively in order to achieve the role’s key objectives. As part of the Joint Leadership Team you will receive a salary of £31,495.88 per annum (pro-rata as appropriate). They’re ideally looking for someone who can work 37 hours per week, however they can be flexible on working arrangements, and could negotiate on other working hours to ensure they get the right person in the role.

The Trust is geographically spaced across Yorkshire and the East Riding therefore the successful individual must be able to drive to ensure they travel to where they are needed. As a result it means that they are able to be flexible on work location which means that that the role can be based at any of their regional offices which include: York, Pickering, Leeds, Beverley, Scarborough, Ripon and Goole. However, there will be an expectation that the successful individual will travel in order to carry out the requirements of the role.
