We are currently recruiting for a Service manager for one of our well established clients in West London ideal candidate must be a qualified social worker with some degree of experience with learning and physical disabilities, plus some managerial experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekly Meeting with Package Managers (brief catch up)
  • Monthly Supervision/Package meeting with Package managers
  • Create traffic light to do list with Package Managers
  • Create real time task plan with Package Managers
  • Organising and monitoring personal training and development for Package Managers
  • Seek out appropriate training and development programmes for Package Managers
  • Attend necessary client meeting with Package Managers
  • Complete monthly file audits for each package managers client's files
  • Ensure staff plan system is up to date and accurate with client date
  • Support Package Managers in preforming task and managing their package efficiently
  • Play a pivotal role in the Client Services department
  • Building relationships with Case Managers and treating therapy teams
  • Monthly feedback & review calls to Case Managers (week before supervision)
  • Manage all minor and escalated complaints
  • Produce complaint & Investigation reports for clients
  • Report concerns or incident to safeguarding
  • Recruitment of new package managers or front of house staff
