Management consultant

Hoop recruitment are actively working in partnership with an established Management consultancy who are looking to attract ambitious, analytical, and talented individuals to join their growing business.

The consultancy is vibrant and progressive with a hands on approach from all aspects of the business. You will have a passion for professional development, a desire to solve a problem and have an ability to communicate with people at all levels.

The core of the role will be project management, you will be given a full development package which includes specific project management training such as PRINCE2 foundation, PRINCE2 practitioner and Primavera P6.

Candidates from a variety of backgrounds will be considered, you will need 5+ years experience in delivery within a consultancy, project management or programme / portfolio environment within a major organisation or Government Department

Mandated requirements of the role;

A willingness to travel and stay away from home throughout the UK
The ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
Fffective communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Report writing and presentation skills
Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Team Management experience
Exposure to bid management in public sector environment
