Swan Care is a domiciliary care company providing care and support people in their own homes offering personal care, domestic care, companionship and assistance with daily living in the comfort of their own home, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Skills/Qualifications:
• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
• Be a team player as well as being able to work unsupervised
