Are you an outstanding PA or Executive Support who is known for their exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a love for delivering first class support at Regional Director Level? We have just the role for you as the Senior Business Support Co-ordinator - Directors Office.
This role can be based at our Killerton or Bristol Hub BS8 3RJ.

What you'll be doing
The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you'll have to love variety. You will provide complete PA support to the Regional Director and Assistant Director Consultancy including looking after diaries and movements and managing all forms of communication for them, creating reports and keeping accurate records. You will also have the chance to support a variety of projects and take responsibility for the smooth running of one or more of the Management Boards; helping to set up the meetings, prepare and circulate agendas and papers, taking notes/minutes and ensuring that actions are recorded and followed up. You'll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something.
Who we're looking for
Our team love to be busy, and so will you, so to hit the ground running, you'll need to have:
- Experience of working in a role supporting at Director level
- A highly organised and proactive ability
- Superb communication skills both written and oral
- Proven diary management skills with the ability to recognise what needs to be prioritised and juggle appointments and commitments accordingly.
- Experience of working with confidential information and show the ability to exercise discretion around sensitive issues.
- Advanced IT Skills , particularly around the use of Outlook
