Purchase Ledger Assistant - Loughborough

My client is a recognised national brand and they are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their expanding accounts team.

Responsibilities include:

• Matching delivery notes to Purchase Orders
• Checking supplier invoices against Purchase Orders and posting purchase invoices
• Reconciling purchase payments with the purchase ledger
• Preparing payment runs
• Reconciling business charge card accounts
• Reconciling petty cash accounts
• Assistance with the general administration of the finance department

You will be working in a friendly and supportive team, who are responsible for the Finance and Human Resources department of the business.

Ideally you will have at least one years experience in a similar role, as well as a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
