Our customers range from new start-up businesses to blue chip companies and we treat each and every one with the same amount of meticulous consideration that they deserve. Our 50+ dedicated and highly skilled staff are located at Lancing.

The Field Account Manger Role:

Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting for a Field Account Manager to cover the South East. 

The role duties will include.

+ Proactively products and services to our existing client base
+ To achieve & exceed monthly targets set out by Directors/Management
+ Develop customers’ accounts by cross selling and upselling, offering new tariffs, services and business solutions
+ Renew contracts before there expiration date & updating all the relevant reports for Management
+ Proactively maintain contact with all allocated clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and increase retention rate
+ Provide written quotations for customers and follow up when necessary 
+ Handle customer requests professionally and in a timely fashion 
+ Take ownership of customer requests/queries/concerns
+ Complaints Handling - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a positive & friendly manner 
+ Build long term relationships with customers 
+ Assess the customers’ needs and suggest the best possible product solution to win deals 
+ Calculate savings 
+ Updating the customer database 
+ Training 
+ Visiting customers within their given portfolio. (This can be anywhere within the south east) 

About You:

+ Previous B2B Sales / Account Management Experience (IT & Telecoms a bonus)
+ Excellent organisational skills
+ Ability to make sales & achieve monthly targets
+ Ability to work as part of a team
+ You subscribe to “Customer is King” 
+ Quick at solving problems and finding solutions
+ Excellent communicator
+ A flexible approach to work
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ You can perform in a fast paced environment. 
+ Excellent Time management skills
