Main Purpose of Job:
To work closely and support Category Manager on store audit work for all clients across the business in order to improve efficiencies and develop best practices in this area.
The role will mean working closely with other CiR business functions, in particular the Field Team.
The key objective of this role is to carry out all internal audit data quality checks, using reports and checking against store images to ensure accurate information is presented and uploaded to websites for our clients. The role will have responsibility for a number of client specific audits as the main Quality Check and data owner, for example Ferrero, Pernod, Mars, Nestle.
A key focus will be to provide a ‘so what’ to the data that is captured, providing sound, category trends / performance and advise on action plan to our clients.
·Work closely with the Category and Audit Manager to develop a best practice process for all store audit checks once information and data is uploaded from the Field Teams.
·Carry out a consistent process for Quality Checking all audit output, in terms of reports, tolerance checks and manual checks
·Highlight and identify any audit data issues and work with the appropriate Account Manager to correct anomalies
·Utilise in-store photographs to ensure field audit accuracy
·Be main point of contact for on-going audit dates and data delivery and liaise with clients accordingly
·Communication – manage wider internal teams on suggested changes and improvements to processes
·Prepare reports and summary of data at the end of each audit check ahead of data being uploaded to website
·Prepare material and feedback to assist in the completion of future audits
·Support Field Team with training to local agencies, in airport locations
·Client Service (mainly internal)

·Basic Salary: £TBC depending on experience
