£18,500 per annum

Full Time – Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm

Our client is an established provider of gas, electrical, commercial and home services throughout London and South of England. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service levels to the public sector and they are seeking a Commercial Service Administrator for their offices in Peckham to carry out day to day planning and organisation of their field engineer’s bookings and works.

Duties include:

• Creating job costings and diary jobs using internal software (Vixen).

• Liaising with the Project Managers to ensure that the works are seen through to completion.

• Booking appointments and maintaining general diary management.

• Loading engineer timesheets on a daily basis and collating these on a weekly/monthly basis for the appropriate sign off.

• Ensuring that the appropriate systems are up to date to reflect any new installation works.

• Collating and processing invoices and monitoring payments.

  The successful person will also be able to understand the general requirements of each contract and ensure that systems and engineers diaries are used effectively to comply with these conditions.

  This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar industry and is seeking a new challenge.

  Essential skills required:

• Previous experience within a service delivery role/function is essential

• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Good IT skills

• The ability to use own initiative

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
