Your role as a team leader will be to oversee a number of service users, managing performance and documentaton. Key responsibilties will be to carry out care assessments and reviews for service users and attending professional meetings.
Ideally you will be flexible to work on a rota basis as you will be on call, you will have previous experience leading a team and car drivers would be preferable. You must be reliaable, flexible and commited to be able to work on a rota basis.
You will have a minimum of 1 years work experience of working within social care, preferably experience working in a supervisor role. If you have an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care we would love to hear from you!
