This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to head up the energy assessment department of a growing company.

We are looking for a qualified SAP assessor, preferably with 2 years’ experience. The role will initially be to complete SAP calculations, Energy Statements, SBEM calculations and maintain relationships, and eventually to train new staff as this side of the company starts to grow.

Company

Based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, we have vast experience in Air Tightness Testing, Sound Insulation Testing and Ventilation testing. About a year ago, we added another vital string to our bow in SAP assessments and have seen this side of the business grow steadily. We are a small but growing company (6 staff) with an emphasis on being customer-focused, friendly and knowledgeable.

Role

• SAP assessments and EPCs
• Energy Statements
• Part G Water Calculations
• SBEM (training available, but qualified applicants are preferred)
• Creating as well as maintaining relationships with trusted clients
• Helping to manage projects from start to completion with the in-house team
• Managing the whole SAP division and training new staff

Candidate

We are looking for an experienced OCDEA SAP assessor to continue growing the energy assessment department of our business with the in-house team. A chunk of the role will be to assist in winning tenders as well as in the future training up new SAP assessors. Ideally, the candidate will also be qualified to complete SBEM calculations, but we can offer training in this if needs be.

We need someone with a confidence, energy and above all, likeability. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to hire someone that is able to communicate effectively with our customers and fit in with the rest of the team

Ideally candidates will be educated to high GCSE Maths (or equivalent) and have some knowledge of construction. You should have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be confident in face to face client visits.  

ALL applicants MUST be able to get to and from our offices in Borehamwood and have a good level of Maths and English.

Role: SAP Assessor

Salary: £26000-£33000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
