Description

We are looking for a dynamic, engaging and professional Business Development Executive with a creative flare, to work alongside our Business Development Manager, based at our head office in Chippenham, Wiltshire. You will work to expand opportunities for partnership working, referrals and new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills.
Understanding and working within our agreed company culture.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to use web authoring packages or willingness to learn.
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work independently on own initiative and also to contribute as part of the team.
Flexible and able to adapt to change.
Personable and well-presented when representing the Company.
Ability to travel within the UK with probability for overnight stays.
Able to identify and initiate contact with new customers.
Key tasks of the role include:

Research concerning existing and potential new partners.
Make contact with potential clients and discuss referral partnerships or pass relevant details to Business Development Manager.
Research and identify potential new leads to referral avenues / partners.
Research and Identify relevant contacts and make contact regarding advertising strategy for identified target groups.
Sell relevant advertising space and or / affiliate payments.
Liaise with the Client Relationship and Marketing Manager to co-ordinate the whole process of on-boarding new business.
