Sixth Form Office Manager

Term Time Only plus 5 INSET and 5 additional days

Permanent, full time : 37 hours/week

JG5 Salary Scale Point 22 (£21,074 pa) to Scale Point 26 (£23,866 pa) pro rata

Actual Salary £18,672

Plus Contributory Pension Scheme

We are seeking a competent, responsible Office Manager for our busy, proactive Sixth Form who can demonstrate excellent customer service and administration skills; has the ability to manage events on behalf of the Sixth Form and can act as an ambassador for the School in this role. Reporting to the Head of Sixth Form, this position will suit a driven professional who can deliver a first class service to users of Gordano Sixth Form in terms of support, organisation, development and administration.

Key skills will include:

  • The ability to create a professional and welcoming office environment
  • The ability to display a calm and tactful attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Successful experience of managing a small team
  • A string working knowledge of all packages within Microsoft Office
  • Excellent and efficient communication and prioritisation skills
  • Working knowledge of SIMS
