Customer Service, office based and face to face

A rare opportunity has opened up at our Hammersmith branch for you to join us on a warm desk as a recruitment consultant.

Brook Street is the oldest recruitment company in the UK and specialises in office support, customer service, marketing and sales roles, with no limits on who or what you can recruit for.

You'll be working alongside Newsha, our Persian princess, on the perm desk and Lucy, she's the chatting one who runs the temp desk. Andy's the branch manager, he's from New Zealand but has been working in the West London recruitment market for the last five years.

Our branch is located just 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith Station in a freshly renovated office. On Thursdays and Fridays you the markets are just outside the office, where you can fest on a massive range of delicious ethnic food!

Your job will be to pick up vacancies through sales activity and then find candidates to fill those vacancies. You'll spend a lot of your time talking to people, either face to face or over the phone. Of course there is a little more to than that but if I listed every part of the job on here, you'd stop ready and never get to the good parts, like the salary.

You'll be someone that wants to take ownership of your income and drive sales to maximise your monthly bonus. You must have the right attitude and love talking to people.

You'll be a target driven person and someone that is great at getting your own way. In return, Brook Street offer industry leading training, plus the support structures and technology that put you at a serious advantage over your competitors. It really is up to you if you succeed or not.

We'll start you off on an annual salary between £19,000-£23,000 inlcuding London Weighting. You'll also have the opportunity to hit monthly bonus OTE for this role is £30,000 in your first year.
